Return and Refund policy

Neon Lives is always there to offer a best in-class customer support to our clients. We put our best efforts to resolve the customer issues by fixing, replacing, refunding or partially refunding the product. Final decision on the solution provided will be solely based on case by case basis depending what's the issue there with the product. 

Please note there won't be any return on Neon Sign Boards due to change of mind or something as these are customized products made as per the customer requirement. However, if in any case customer receive a damaged or defective neon sign, we will do the exchange without asking any question but the condition is the customer has to create an unboxing video to claim that exchange. For more details, please refer to FAQs section to get more detailed idea.

Neon Lives Warranty

Neon Lives provides 6 months warranty on their neon signs along with the electronic accessories their in the package. Please refer to below eligibility criteria for more details on Warranty.

Refunds & Returns

Neon Lives offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. Our return policy for faulty products received will last for 7 days. Beyond 7 days we will not be able offer you a refund or exchange. So its always advisable to reach us asap if you receive the damaged or faulty product. For eligibility criteria, please refer to below section

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please go through the below pointers for more detail on eligibility criteria.

  •  We do not accept return for goods that are no longer required due to any reason or customer is not satisfied by the product. Or, any those products which have been customized as per the customer requirement.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the customer has received the faulty or damaged product only. In case of change of mind, there won't be any acceptance of returns. Customer also have to provide us with the unboxing video for claiming the return as this will be an evidence for us to take a follow up with courier partner to see where the issue happened.
  • If customer is unable to provide us with unboxing video, in that case we won't be able to proceed with the claim raised and it will get cancelled from our end.
  • Please note that there won't be any return or warranty applicable on daily wear and tear of product. Let's say if due to regular usage, some leds in neon stops working so that won't be covered as a part of warranty or return policy as these are due to regular wear and tear of product. You are eligible for return or warranty only in case of defective product received or the neon sign completely stops working.

Neon Lives Return Procedure

1. Please contact us at to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.

2. If a return has been agreed please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its original packaging.

3. If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection to Neon Lives within 14 days of when you received the product.

4. If a replacement has been agreed Neon Lives will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.

5. If a full or partial refund has been agreed Neon Lives will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected or your case has been studied by our technical team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your case or the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If it is an exchange, additional shipping charges will be bear by the customer, in case of refund, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping or Pickup

Once your return is approved our team will try its best to arrange a pickup from your address. It is always advisable to keep the original packaging with you for a smooth pickup facility. Considering these are fragile products so original packing is a must so that they can reach our warehouse safely and we can then proceed with the replacement or fixing of the issue.

In case you live in a non-serviceable pin code where the pickup is not available, then in that case you need to ship the product back to us using any nearby courier facility available in your locality. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
