We usually take 10-15 working days for delivery from the date you place the order. We use reliable and suitable logistic partner for deliveries of the products. If you want more details about delivery you can mail us or WhatsApp us with your order id. Below are are the details:-

- Delivery partners: The order will be sent via FedEx/Delhivery courier/ DTDC/India Post/BlueDart Courier/ Ecom Express /Xpress Bees.
- In rare cases, there might be a slight delay due to Govt. holidays, India bandh, and other reasons.
- Sundays and Holidays are not counted for delivery.
To ensure excellent delivery of the products that you order from neonlivesofficial.com, we partner only with well-reputed courier services.
If you are located in a remote area, we will rely on Speed Post. Alternately, we will coordinate with you so that you may pick up the consignment from a nearby and convenient location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Please note that If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order by courier partners due to holidays or some operational delay, we will not be responsible for transit time, it depends on the courier on how fast they can deliver.
We don’t delay orders on purpose, but there must be a legit reason for the delay. It’s very rare, that the orders get delayed. But the reasons for delay can be holidays, shipping company delays, custom packaging for bigger or non-standard sizes, etc. Our team is always in contact with the customers and courier partners to settle most of the cases by providing the best service.
We cannot refund the order if the order doesn’t arrive on your desired date. Neon LED Signs are mostly made after the order is received.
